Yes, we provide custom stringing services. You can select your preferred string type and tension at checkout, and our professional stringers will prepare your racket before dispatch.
What is your return policy for tennis shoes and apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that shoes must be tested on indoor surfaces to ensure they remain in brand-new condition.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-2 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day.
Are the tennis balls sold in bulk eligible for discounts?

Do your rackets come with a manufacturer's warranty?
All new rackets sold by Tennis Only come with a full 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. This does not include damage from racket abuse or normal string wear.
