At Tennis Only, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your new racket, apparel, or footwear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided the items are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets have their plastic handle wrap intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return at the warehouse, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
